MindMentorz Physical Chess Tournament

The MindMentorz Monthly Academy Chess Tournament was recently held at our center, bringing together some of our most dedicated and talented young chess players for an exciting, in-person competition. Organized by MindMentorz, this tournament allowed our students to test their skills, strategies, and focus over five intense rounds. The event provided not only an opportunity for competition but also a chance for these young players to grow, learn, and bond over their shared love for chess.

With an average rating of 1270, the tournament saw fierce competition, and after five hard-fought rounds, we are proud to announce the top performers:

Top 3 Performers:

  • 🥇 1st Place: Prishita Kumar (InkyCrookedBlastoff)  – Rating: 1594 | Points: 4.5
    Dominating the tournament with a nearly flawless performance, InkyCrookedBlastoff took home the top spot with a total of 4.5 points. His strategic play and calm composure under pressure were truly remarkable. A well-deserved win!

  • 🥈 2nd Place: Joshua Samuel (MeekZestyCyclone) – Rating: 1627 | Points: 4.0
    Just trailing behind the leader, MeekZestyCyclone displayed impressive skills throughout the rounds, securing 2nd place with 4 points. His consistent play and tactical prowess made him a tough opponent for everyone in the tournament.

  • 🥉 3rd Place: Azaad Dev (PinkBronzeRecord) – Rating: 1528 | Points: 4.0
    Taking 3rd place, PinkBronzeRecord fought valiantly, matching the 2nd place score but narrowly missing out on higher tie-break scores. His strategic brilliance was on full display in each match.
