In the Under-9 category, we are thrilled to announce that Kabir Srivastava emerged as the gold medalist 🥇, clinching the top spot with outstanding performances. Kabir’s success is not just a testament to his raw talent but also to his perseverance and hours of focused practice. Behind every chess move was a deliberate thought process, and Kabir’s deep understanding of the game made him unstoppable in this category. Along with Kabir’s triumph, we also witnessed commendable performances from Advis Reddy Chintala, who secured 5th place 🏅, and Arya Saxena, who achieved 6th place 🏅. Both Advis and Arya played their hearts out, showcasing remarkable chess techniques and strategies that reflect their hard work.
In the Under-11 category, Aarthav Venkatesh emerged victorious 🥇, clinching another gold medal. Aarthav’s journey has been one of focus and unyielding determination. His victory is a culmination of months of dedication, hard work, and passion for improvement. It’s no wonder he stood tall as the champion of his category!
In the Under-13 category, Navit secured a solid 6th place 🏅. Though the competition was fierce, Navit’s ability to remain composed and think through complex situations on the board showed maturity beyond his years. We are incredibly proud of his journey and look forward to his continued growth.
In the Under-15 category, our students once again brought home fantastic results. Nandita displayed incredible grit and talent, claiming 1st place 🥇 and a well-deserved gold medal. Her relentless practice and love for the game made her one of our finest players. We are equally proud of Sahana, who secured 3rd place 🥉, and Sanjay Balasubramaniam, who earned 6th place 🏅. Both students consistently demonstrated their dedication to improving their skills, and this tournament was a reflection of their hard work paying off.

In addition to these individual victories, we are delighted to announce that our school was awarded the prestigious title of “Overall Runner-up – Chess” 🏅.
